as both a seahawks fan (fell in love with the game while living in WA)and a baltimore fan( born there), i was happy with the mike mcdonald hire. i was hoping a lot of the D from baltimore would follow him over. i dont blame any player though. baltimore is alot different than washington.

Hopefully Nix and Franklin continue to fire on all cylinders. The Broncos need to trade Sutton for future draft picks. They need to get younger at the WR position for Nix to have weapons in the future.

As someone who lives in the Eugene area, I saw every Duck game. I am confident that Mcdonald will pull some plays on Bo that he had never seen before. And the Hawks will come away with a double-digit win.

Remains to be seen but just watch a video of Bruce Lee training. It's insane. Flexibility and quickless were some of his primary objectives. Watch a couple of lead foot heavyweights box. They just hit each other and often times nothing happens save for they used each other as a punching bag. Technique over power. It's like moving a rock that weighs more than you. You will not be lifting many for long. You will if you understand leverage though.
